The apartment is situated in the heart of the holiday complex Marina D`Or. There is a small supermarket available within a minute away which is very convenient for any necessities. The beach is also only around 300m away through the Marina Dor gardens.

Property Description

The apartment, built in 2007, contains one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large double sofa bed, so will comfortably sleep 6 people. It is fully air conditioned and also has the possibility of heating too on the rare occasions it is needed. There is a communal swimming pool with heated showers and bathroom facilities and a secured children`s playground. The apartment is fully kitted out with all kitchen equipment including a dishwasher and washing machine, TV and DVD in the lounge and all bedding. The sea view balcony offers a great place for breakfast or a relaxing aperitif whilst the sun sets behind the mountains. The apartment has a total area of 65sqm and also contains a hydromassage bath.

The enclosed communal pool (open July to September) has a separate children's pool and toilet facilities. There is also a children's play area at ground level. The apartment is located in a quiet position with the beach only a couple of minutes away and all the other resort attractions are within a 10 minute walking distance.
