 A: Directly in your property advert is listed your phone number and address as well as your websited details (subject to package). Most clients however will contact you directly by email using the form automatically supplied in your advert.


Q: How do I help spread the word of my apartment?
 A: By going into the details of your property on the website you can email the details to friends and also print flyers which serve as attractive marketing documents to hand out to friends and colleagues.


Q: I've uploaded photos to my property listing in the member panel but they don't appear when I view them on the website. How do I activate them?
 A: All photos are screened and activated manually. Once approved, your photos will be activated within 24hrs of your upload.


Q: Must i enter my property details in different languages?
 A: An advert in different languages will not only be read by more people, but also be found by more web searches. If you want to use this feature, but have no knowledge of Spanish or German then contact us after adding your advert and we will translate it for you. In the meantime it is best if you simply enter the details in English into all 3 sections.
